I am so excited! I have 9 streaks in my hair and will post photos as soon as I can take one where most of them show. I am past my 50% mark and am feeling good about getting to $2,300. Training has begun and I have walked 28 miles thus far and imagine hundreds are to come if I am going to do this right. It has been so exciting to see people react to the hair and then have them share stories about their experiences with the walk. Heather, our captain, is amazing at getting people excited and has a fund raiser planned. If you are creative and would like to donate something you make to our silent auction/fundraiser we are having in May, please let me know. Also, if you are interested in coming to the fundraiser, drop me a line! Thank you to everyone who has donated. This is such a big milestone to have reached so quickly!
